People today have a preconceived notion that snacking is not healthy, but this is not the case. Snacking is a pretty healthy activity only if you choose to do it in moderation and make healthy choices. The funny thing with people is they want to snack as much as they want to lose weight. If you are eating unhealthy snacks, which can be compared to saying you want to enjoy flying on a plane that is not flying or moving for that matter. It doesn’t make any sense at all.
