This recipe is inspired by Kristin’s Chicken Club Lettuce Wraps. We came across her delicious recipe on I Heart Nap Time and decided to make her already fresh and delicious recipe even healthier.

Check out how you can create your own version by using the following recipe:
- 3 chicken tenders or one chicken breast; seasoned, cooked and diced
- 1/2 pint of grape tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 4 pieces of Golden Valley Natural Beef Jerky, diced
- 4 iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Start by preparing the Dijon Sauce Whisk together mustard, sour cream and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside for topping lettuce wraps.
Divide the diced chicken among the four lettuce leaves, then top with avocado, tomatoes, jerky bits
Add the Dijon Dressing, pick up the wrap like a taco and enjoy!
